Add Comment By now most of you have heard a lot about Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and her run-in with Obama that she wrote about in her book. Most likely you haven't seen the video, or read the letter. . . Below I've posted both. Though the Video is rather choppy, but, Obama was angry about Brewer's book (which portrayed Obama quite poorly). . . she stated that the moment was very "Intimidating". The liberal media has been joking about the event, and playing it down -- But I have to say that it reminds me of Hitler in many ways.   Remember when Herman Cain was accused of sexual relations with his employees? This is a lot like that case, except with evidence, and without the media slobbering over the story. In December of 2007 a man was murdered, this man is one of the accused lovers of Barrack Obama, and this man had just joined Larry Sinclair in a lawsuit against then Senator Obama. According to Sinclair, he met Senator Obama through a contact, and wanted to have "fun" in Chicago. That night, Obama allegedly engaged in homosexual acts and snorted cocaine. Sinclair has the dates, the receipts, the witnesses, and the timeline down to the minute, so why wont the courts accept his case? According to Sinclair, a man contacted him, stating that he was a part of the Obama Campaign team. This man's name was Mr. Young (who was never tracked down), and the man told him to hush about the accusations, with a threat on his life. When Sinclair continued to press for his lawsuit, he found another man who claimed to be one of Obama's lovers, when that man joined the lawsuit, that man was murdered. The lawsuit simply presses for the phone records of Obama so that Sinclair can prove that he is not a liar. PLEASE SHARE THIS EDITION OF THE REPORT.  A full on assault has been launched by Obama and his EPA. First the Keystone Pipeline was rejected, and now this, 8% of all US Coal Plants will now be shut down. According to the Wall Street Journal, "The EPA is currently pushing an unprecedented rewrite of air-pollution rules in an attempt to shut down a large portion of the coal-fired power fleet." The WSJ also points out that Obama has the power to block this move by the EPA to punish the Coal industry. 
Featured above is the IER's map of every US Coal Plant which will either shut down or drastically reduce energy output. What is the strategy behind this move? Remember Obama saying how greedy energy companies were? Even before his election, the rhetoric was very volatile when it came to energy companies. So what? Imagine for a second that you are entering a 2012 race; Energy costs are high, and you have been playing on class warfare for the majority of your term in office. Almost conveniently you have forced GM to rush its manufacturing of the unwanted Chevy Volt. . . Solar energy and wind energy have now been force fed into the American economy. Petroleum prices have skyrocketed due to regulations on refineries (such as this one), and coal plants have been forced to either shut down or hike prices drastically. Now, wouldn't it be easy to claim that the Coal Companies and Oil interests are making off with millions as the American people suffer? Suddenly people begin buying into alternative energy as pitched by the Government. Barrack Obama releases the ban on building Nuclear Power Plants and, thus, looks like an environmental genius. Now of course this is all just to get you thinking about why eliminating Coal and Petroleum is such a large factor in the Obama Administration. Does he have a future political gain from all of this? Or is George Soros pulling the puppet strings and weakening America's future?  At the same time Gingrich would have been attacking Bill Clinton for his affair with Monica, Marianne Gingrich claims that Newt had been cheating on her with his current wife Celestia. . . When Gingrich was caught, he then asked for an "Open Relationship", claiming that Callista "doesn't care what he does". When Marianne said she refused the "open marriage", she also pointed out that they had been married for many years, to which he responded, "yes, but you want me all to yourself"'. My problem is this: Yes, you can seek forgiveness. . . Yes, you can always be forgiven. . . But has his character changed? According to his first 2, he is "morally unfit" to be President of the United States. And perhaps no one but them are close enough to know. It brings me great fear to think that the President of the United States could be so careless and would be so weak in terms of respect for the union of Marriage as a "Man and a Woman". If he is so easily willing to break that oath, what other oaths would he be willing to break? The Bill’s described purpose was to “Stop Online Piracy”, and fails drastically at doing so. The effect of SOPA goes far beyond limiting the internet to those who seek to spread copyrighted material; it “cripples” the internet according to the Consumer Electronics Association in a letter to Congress. Though I believe the Bill has good intent, evidence has been produced by nearly every internet based organization stating exactly how the Bill will damage the innovative framework that the internet has been formed upon. For example, the picture to the left, of Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), who wrote the bill, would be deemed an illegal use of the internet unless I submitted a written request prior to its use. According to the protocol of the Bill, punishment could range from my internet being shut down, to my website being blocked in the USA. (Bob Goodlatte is up vote on the "Washington Cronies" list for this infraction against We The People) CLICK HERE TO VOTE THE PROBLEM What the Bill seeks to address is an issue being raised by the entertainment in industry; billions of dollars being stolen in the form of pirated material. They claim that the piracy doesn't only effect them, but also prevents them from hiring as well. THE "SOLUTION" The text of the Bill requires very little technical knowledge of the internet. The Bill leaves much of the actual "triggers" of the Bill to the use of the "Attorney General" and similar offices. Something to be desired however, is that the ability to shut down sites and your internet does not require due process. . . And obvious violation of the Federal Governments Constitutional rights. THE SOLUTION In protest of the Bill, internet giants have begun gaining petition signatures in Congress. Before the 18th, Google had accumulated 3 Million signatures, which adds to the corporate sponsors, companies, and internet based groups that have already written to Congress. We need YOUR help! UPDATE: Go to the "Washington Cronies" page to vote on whether you think Bob Goodlatte should be added to the list! "It belies logic" said Charles T. Drevna, the President of the National Petrochemicals and Refiners Association. Drevna was referring to a regulation that was introduced in 2007, which requires all companies supplying motor fuel to "mix a special type of bio-fuel into their gasoline and diesel". Much thanks is given to Matthew L. Wald of the New York Times for breaking this sad story. $6.8 Million - The fine that these companies will have to pay for not mixing the fuel. Did any company reach the EPA's goal? No, its not possible according to Charles Drevna who says the "stuff literally isn't available". So how much of an unattainable bio-fuel must they obtain? 6.6 million gallons in 2011, which will rise to 8.65 million gallons this year alone. Michael J McAdams, executive director of the Advanced Biofuels Association, said "the technology for turning biological material into hydrocarbons wasn't advanced enough for commercial introduction when the 2007 bill was passed -- and that they have only made minor advances since.". . . "There are some that are closer to the beaker and some that are closer to the barrel", he said.  The Blaze pointed something very interesting out: Poet Energy and Mascoma are the only two companies which can meet the demand that the EPA has set forth. . . I did some research and found the following on each of the companies: Poet Energy (Government Owned) On July 6th, 2008 - The New York Times wrote "The Energy Department plans to provide a $105 million loan guarantee for the expansion of an ethanol factory in Emmetsburg, Iowa, that intends to make motor fuel from corncobs, leaves and husks. . Experts say that the new factory, being built by POET. . ." Mascoma (Government Owned (Owned by GM)) In the same NYT article I found: "Department of Agriculture announced $405 million in loan guarantees in January. Coskata, a company backed in part by General Motors and by Khosla Ventures, got a guarantee for $250 million for a plant in Boligee, Ala." These factories are already failing! Range Fuels, a closed commercial factory in Soperton, GA, failed because it ran into technical issues (remind you of Solyndra?). . . Range Fuels was given $150 million. . . So, in 2007 Congress passed a bill stating that refiners must blend bio-fuel with their gasoline and diesel. However, when the 2007 bill was passed, few companies produced the bio-fuel, and those that did, could not produce it in the high amounts required by the bill. The refiners were then charged $6.8 Million EACH for failing to reach the quota. So yeah, Obama sucks, the EPA has failed us, and regulation destroys the economy. And the question I can't answer is. . . "How much will it cost us at the pump?" The Iowa Caucus was an exciting affair last night, which definitely beckoned my attention away from the Sugar Bowl which resulted in a game-deciding bad call by the Refs (Michigan by 3). By somewhat of a surprise Santorum was able to, at the last minute, salvage the spare parts left by the fall of the Gingrich campaign and pull of a statistical tie between he and Romney. The Title of this post derives from this fact: It wasn't but a week ago that Santorum was polling less than 5%, and he tied with Romney last night at 25%. . . How did he do it? Well, lets look at the map:  As predicted, Santorum was able to take the Conservative vote by storm. Whether this means he is the Conservative choice or they just ran out of options is up to you to decide. Something I noticed on the map is that Romney and Paul shared the Liberal vote out of the caucus; and I'm also not sure what to say about that. One thing is for sure however, Santorum is in this for the long haul, but, their are a couple who may not be. Rick Perry last night said that he needed to "Go back to Texas" to think and pray about the results. My hunch is that Perry is soon to drop out of the race, feeling both insulted and heartbroken that he spent so much, yet yielded so few votes in Iowa. His campaign says that we will know, at earliest, on Thursday. Perry would likely endorse Santorum due to the Social ties that they share. (Rick Perry Tweets, "Its on to South Carolina", 11:38 Michelle Bachmann last night said that she was going to be the "new Michelle in the White House". . . Apparently ignoring the results of the Iowa contest which suggest that she wont be anywhere near the White House. Her Campaign Manager on the other hand said that he was "just not sure" if they could continue. A big question is this, where is her money? As she is about out. I would have to guess we will hear that she is dropping out very soon, as her wallet is empty. Michelle would likely endorse Santorum due to the Social ties that they share. (Michelle Bachmann Ends Campaign, 11AM, January 3rd) So who was the winner last night? Santorum by far as Romney fails to expand his support base and Santorum climbs from just above Huntsman to 8 votes below Romney. I think you would have to be a fool to say that Santorum wasn't the clear winner. Ron Paul fans are claiming victory as well, but, they also said that they would win this thing. ANALYSIS: This has indeed been an exciting race for Iowa, but it all comes down to this. Who will win? And who will benefit? To figure this out, lets take a look at how accurate the 2008 polling was, maybe from it we can better clear the fog of war. 
According to the 2008 Iowa polling, their was a virtual tie between Romney and Huckabee, leaving the rest of the pack to eat up the crumbs being left behind. The actual results painted a different picture however. Huckabee won with 34% of the vote, leaving Romney with just 25%. . . But why the gap? What analysts have found is this, the middle of Iowa tends to be more Socially Conservative and Constitutionally strict, whereas, the Western Border and Eastern Border are both very polarized and will vote for the more established candidate (Romney). This is how the Iowa counties played out:  RED: Romney BLUE: Huckabee YELLOW: Ron Paul Notice the Establishment voters going towards Romney and the Social Conservatives who were Constitutionally Strict going towards Ron Paul and Huckabee.
